New Zealand nature photography doesn't get any better than these two cute Silvereyes preening each other while sitting on a tree branch.

Love Is In The Air

In winter the Silvereyes tend to flock together rather than go their separate ways to breed. However the pairs are often still together and make for some amazingly cute images. I couldn’t resist posting these images of a loved-up couple from my garden. I love how they hold each other’s claws, they are so cute.
