PSNZ National Convention

Tauranga rail bridge

Over the last week I have been in Tauranga attending the PSNZ National Convention. Five days of full on workshops, speakers, award presentations and much much more. My travel companion and I left early and stopped in at Smash Palace and Hobbiton on the way up from Wellington to Tauranga.  Both places provided me with lots of photographic opportunities and the SD cards were certainly working overtime.

Today’s images came from an early morning photoshoot on my last morning in Tauranga.  I had seen the reflections in the moonlight the night before when it they looked even more amazing than they do in these images but alas the camera was back at the hotel so I didn’t get the night shots.  All these four images were taken within a 45 minute time span from 6.15am.  The light was changing so fast and breakfast was on the agenda so I didn’t get to spend as much time there as I would have liked.

I have thousands of images from the trip to work through processing, so you can expect me to refer to the convention in many upcoming posts while I practice everything I have learned from the ‘epic’ and ‘amazing’ speakers.  (Slight in house joke there sorry).
