Saturday 9th November was the Annual Steampunk Parade through the small town of Thames. There are a lot of images in this post so I will keep the words short. The participants were of ALL ages from toddlers to the elderly with their walks and almost everyone in between. Sadly though the percentage of participants who actually live in the Thames/Coromandel area was quite small. I met people from all over the North Island and I understand there were some there from the South Island also. I also attended some of the many different events over the course of the weekend festival, but they will be the topic of another post. I hope you enjoy this brief view of the parade. All these images were taken with my Lumix G9.
