Since setting up the new feeding station for the silvereyes the weather has been anything but helpful for testing it out properly. The last couple of days though have been much better. I have been playing with the different lenses both through the window and through the open door and these images are some of the results.
One of the things that improves photography is practice and this is especially so with birds. So my backyard birds are going to see a lot of my camera over the next few months while I become more familiar with the G9. I want to get to the point where I can change settings without having to first think about where they are, it is happening with some of them but not all yet. Practice is essential.
