Usually we head to Zealandia on a Friday because there are less people about. Not today – there were groups of people everywhere! It’s great to see so many out enjoying the sunny weather in the valley. We went today with the goal of achieving some fantastic images and I believe I achieved my goal, and I know my fellow photographer did the same. Right place, right time and lots of excitement as the birds got a little too close for my big lens.
